Today, there is a France customer came to our factory for tube laser cutting machine, now the customer is using plate and tube laser cutting machine, but customer told us that this machine is not suitable for tube cutting, problems of tube & pipe laser cutting machine:
1. The main function of plate and tube laser cutting machine is to cut sheet, while tube cutting is an additional features. Just like a spare tire of a car. It's available to use, but long-term use is not recommended.
2. As it's an additional function, the performance is not stable, and there will be some problems from time to time and require for maintenance frequently.
3. Since its main function is to cut sheet, so its cutting accuracy of sheet is acceptable. However, the cutting accuracy of tube is unstable, which may not meet your requirements.
On the basis of this situation, we recommend the customer not to use a combination machine to cut sheet & pipe and separate them will be better for further consideration. As a result, we suggest customer to us the tube laser cutting machine only for his tube cutting.
