1. Semi automatic Laser Tube & Pipe Cutting Machines
(1) Specially for round tube cutting
Pipe diameter range : φ6-40mm, especially suitable for those only require for cut off function, such as tube mills, metal processing plants, etc.
(2)High speed cutting
For long cutting length, manual feeding is faster than automatic feeding. The cutting speed can be 0.8 sec/cut for SS304: φ10mm × 1.05t × 79mm(L). In 1 hour, it will cut 4800 pcs, while saw blade cutter shall take 8 hours .
(3)Simple structure and easy operation
Replacing the tube clamps: 10 minutes. Learning & getting started: 0.5 hour.
2. Fully automatic Laser Tube & Pipe Cutting Machines
(1)Specially for round tube cutting
Pipe diameter range : φ16-120mm, especially suitable for those only require for cut off function, such as tube mills, metal processing plants, etc.
(2)Automatic loading & feeding
5 laser cutter can be operated by 1 worker. Greatly minimize labor cost and maximize efficiency.
(3)Automatic distinguish function
Automatic cutting the pipe heads & tails and kick-out from workpiece.
(4)Residue removal function (optional)
95% of residue inside can be removed
