A Turkish machine sales agent has introduced us a gas spring manufacturer at the beginning of 2024. This company was founded in 1997. Through the development of over 25 years, they have became the largest gas spring manufacturer in Turkey. Nowadays, this company operate expansive production facilities covering 20,000㎡ in Bursa city with over 200 employees.
The company is producing all kinds of gas springs, which are widely used in the industry of automotive parts, furniture, medical equipment and machinery.
They have over 30 sets of traditional saw blade cutting machines and pipe chamferring machines in their factory for production. Usually, they will have to cut off the carbon steel pipes into a certain length first, then their production crew will transfer these fittings into the chamferring sector for secondary processing.
They use diameter 15mm, 18mm, 21mm & 22mm carbon steel pipes for their production, The cutting length is various from 150-500mm based on different idustries’ requirements, and the thickness range is 1-2mm mostly. This requirement of production is perfectly ideal for using the LX-GL40 laser machine, which is exactly specialized in cut-to-length job of small steel pipes with high speed. In addition, in order to lower their labor cost, combining our experience in China, we have also provided them with two specially customized chamferring machines. We have connected all three machines through conveyor to maximize their production capacity.
