LX-K16 new designed multi-function tube laser cutting machine for Turkish toy factory
We received an inquiry from a Turkish Company F around at the end of May this year. Need tube laser cutting machine .The company is located in the east part of Istanbul. They are not only responsible for the production of toys and children's scooters, but also do direct sales in several local chain stores by themselves. They have several toy brands with different themes in Turkey.
One of their main products are various kinds of children’s scooters. They have been making these products since 2002. They mainly aim to market their scooters for children aged 5-12, but occassionally some others for teenager aged below 16 as well.
Despite the impact of the epidemic, their sales of toys and scooters have been steadily increased. However, considering the fact that most of their production still relies on manual operation, including workpiece cutting, bending, holes drilling and assembling, they find it hard to match up the produciton speed with the increasing sales.So interested in our tube laser cutting machine
That’s why they came to us for laser tube laser cutting machine proposal. And according to the workpiece information they provided, we quickly confirmed that our new model the LX-K16, new designed multifunction tube laser cutting machine, is perfectly ideal for their requirements. After a few mails of communication, the boss of F company decided to send us a whole set of worpieces of one of his scooter to set up the sample test.
Later on, we received a package of about 15 pieces of parts from DHL. It’s quite a challenge, because to our surprise, F company has never had any designers to make 2D or 3D drawings of those workpiece for them. They have been using the original scale to manually complete the processing and production of all parts for decades. But once again, our engineer team showed their full experience in their work. They completed all the drawings of those workpiece in a short time with tube laser cutting machine.
Finally, the sample test was done and the boss was also satisfied with our service during the communication. He believes the LX-K16 tube laser cutting machine is the best choice for him to upgrade his production status. He made the deposit payment with RMB through Chinese bank in early July. We expect the machine will be shipped in middle of August, and F company will offcially start the use of laser in their production before October.
